Woodward Cliffs provides six units of affordable housing for Norwalk residents. The three-story building contains one and two bedroom units, each with a deck and access to an onsite laundry facility.

Connecticut Housing Partners and Fairfield County Mutual Housing jointly own the complex. CHP became partner in the complex following our merger with Norwalk Neighborhood Housing Services in 2003.
