Created in partnership with the Town of Wilton, Wilton Commons provides seniors with affordable independent living with on-site staff, daily social events and activities, and amenities including a library, recreation room, beauty shop and laundry facilities on every floor. Constructed in 2013 on 4.8 acres, the 51-unit community offers convenient access to Wilton Center and Merwin Meadows Park.

The $10 million project was funded with Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits, a Connecticut Housing Finance Authority mortgage and additional funding from NeighborWorks America.
