Rent Bank – Rental Assistance

We understand COVID-19 has created an extremely difficult financial situation for many of our residents due to job losses. We understand many of you might be struggling to pay your rent.

We have a Rent Bank that is here to help you! To be eligible, you must be completely current on your rent and can document that you have faced a job loss, due to the challenges of COVID-19, and have applied for unemployment.

If you are eligible, please fill out the Rent Bank Application and return it with the required documents to your Property Manager. We have also developed a “fillable” version that you can complete and submit by email. Complete and save the PDF document and name it “CHP Rent Bank Application – Last Name, First Name.” Then take an image of the required document (i.e. layoff letter) with your cell phone and attach the image to the email containing the document.
