Fairfield Commons I & II consists of 12 supportive housing units that provide stable, affordable homes for individuals requiring supportive housing services and families transitioning from homelessness.

Connecticut Housing Partners, in partnership with Laurel House, is committed to helping residents achieve greater independence through comprehensive supportive services. On-site case management staff are available five days a week, with on-call support during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Each resident works with a dedicated case manager to develop an individualized service plan tailored to their unique goals and needs.

Residents are encouraged to participate in community life through volunteer and service opportunities while also receiving connections to healthcare, behavioral health services, employment and educational resources, life skills training, and other community supports. Conveniently located near public transportation, shopping, healthcare providers, and other essential services, Fairfield Commons provides a stable, supportive environment where residents can build healthy, independent lives.
